So, another win and another clean sheet for RDM which makes a welcome change but, it wasn’t easy, not that any of us thought it would be. In fact, Saturday’s afternoon outing at Stamford Bridge proved to be a largely laborious affair. We struggled by and large to break down a disciplined Stoke side that played with 10 men for the better part of 65 minutes. Were we poor? No, not exactly. There were chances (three rattling the goal) and, most vitally, there was patience in our buildup play – something that has been lacking in a most serious way this season.
