One of my favorite memories from last season's playoff run was checking ESPN at the start of every series to see how many "experts" were going against the Celtics. If I remember correctly, before the Cleveland series only one "expert" picked the C's to advance, and in the Orlando series only two of those same experts picked the Celtics to advance to the NBA Finals.
This season, the experts have already given the Celtics motivation and a game hasn't even been played. Out of 93 NBA experts througout the NBA network, only one, aka 0.01075%, of the them choose the Celtics to go all the way. That one expert that picked the C's was hometown favorite Chris Forsberg from ESPN Boston.
If I were Doc Rivers I would post this chart on the inside of the locker room door so the players see it everytime they head out to the court for practice, shoot around, and games. If you read this Doc, just give me a holler and I'll print you out a few copies.
