Mets AA CF prospect Kirk Nieuwenhuis is really opening up some eyes this year. The 6'3 215 pound CF is hitting .297/.339/.468- .807 8/8 SB and displaying a legit CF glove. He could stand to walk some more (only 7 in 111 ab's this year) but considering the low-level of college ball that he played (Azusa Pacific) he is coming along very nicely.
