That's how a fan described what happened this morning at Bank of America Arena. Of course the decade is just getting started, but why squabble with semantics.

Washington's 84-69 win over California was the biggest victory of the season. Even though the Bears were shorthanded, it was the signature win they've been seeking.

Quincy Pondexter and Isaiah Thomas (left) led UW in scoring, however, the Huskies won because of a renewed commitment to defense and rebounding. They hustle on every play and it seemed as if a Husky was diving or falling to the floor on every possession.

Key stats: Washington forced 22 turnovers, corralled 20 offensive rebounds and held Jerome Randle (left) to a season-low five points and season-high eight turnovers.
