Once again, the Cleveland Browns are at the bottom of the AFC so far with an 0-3 record. There is one player though that has given Cleveland a little bit of hope for the future. That player is running back Peyton Hillis who has ran for 220 yards and three touchdowns this season.

Hillis was an outcast from the Broncos who used him as a fullback and had a great two seasons in Denver, but they let him go to come to the Browns. So far, Mike Holmgren signed a steal from free agency.

One thing that makes a Hillis a great runner is his yards per carry. Hillis is averaging six yards a carry that boosted way up after he carved up the Ravens for 144 yards. I expect even a better game against in-state rival Bengals on Sunday.

Right now, it looks like Peyton Hillis will be the whole offense for the Browns until they can get a balanced passing attack. I think they should throw Colt McCoy into the fire for his first start in the NFL soon. If he's the quarterback of the future do what St. Louis is doing with Sam Bradford and make McCoy and Hillis an amazing 1-2 combo.

When Jerome Harrison gets back to his running ways, Hillis could lose a little bit of his carries. He's proved though he can carry a team to victory all by himself. Both of them could make Cleveland a great team in the near future.

For fantasy football, he needs to be picked up right away. Hillis could turn into a stud this season and run for about 1,500 yards if his line can hold up.

Here is the Browns schedule until their bye week later on this season.

@ Pittsburgh

@ New Orleans

Peyton Hillis can run for 100 yards in three of the four games upcoming for Cleveland. Playing against Troy Polamalu and the Steelers defense is always tough for any team. I can see Hillis running for 400 plus rushing yards in the next four games if he can play like he did against the Ravens.

Peyton Hillis has made an impact so far with the Browns. If the team can come together and rally around Hillis, they could have a few wins this season behind him.
