The Cleveland Browns' offense got better again on Tuesday. When the Cincinnati Bengals declined to match the offer sheet the Browns gave him, receiver Andrew Hawkins became a Brown. In four days, the team added Hawkins and a starting running back in Ben Tate. Hawkins steps into the slot/third-receiver role that Davone Bess made such a mess of a year ago.
