I have no regrets.Upon being released from the Browns earlier this week, drunken bumper car aficionado Donte Stallworth is reportedly planning to work out with the Lions today, February 10th, according to Mike Florio of Profootballtalk.com. This confirms my suspicions that everything I don't want winds up in Detroit: greedy auto company executives, Gary Sheffield, and now Donte Stallworth. While there is no indication that a deal between now-unrestricted free agent Stallworth and the Lions is imminent, his agent Drew Rosenhaus coyly insinuated that a signing of some sort with an unnamed team was in the works. Best of luck to the city of Detroit, forever collecting the unwanted flotsam of the rest of the country. Stallworth and the center of America's auto industry cannot be a good combination.
