North Carolina went to College Park badly needing a sweep to breath life back into their season. The Tar Heels didn’t get it. Their struggling bullpen collapsed Friday night, giving up a 5-3 lead in the eighth as UNC fell 6-5 in ten innings. But North Carolina fought back, winning the final two games 11-4 and 8-4. Freshman outfielder Brian Goodwin drove in six runs on Saturday. North Carolina is now 4-8 in the ACC.
